Request an analysis for OIC/ISTA :
If your request concerns the issuance of a BIO, sampling must be performed by an ISTA-accredited entity. The sample can then be sent to the laboratory, accompanied by the form available below. If this is your first request for this service, please contact us directly before sending the sample.
